Dear fellow students、alumnus:
为有效防控新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情传播，黄山学院采取了一系列的措施来确保大家的安全，现就有关事项告知如下：
In order to effectively prevent and control the spread of New Coronavirus Infection to Pneumonia, and to protect the susceptible population at risk, Huangshan University has taken a series of measures to ensure everyone's safety. We hereby inform you, as follows:
一、推迟开学报到时间
Ⅰ The school open day will be postponed.
1.具体开学时间，等候学校通知。所有国际学生不得提前返校。开学时间确定后，如果不能按期返校，请及时履行请假手续。
All students must not return to the university in advance. The specific opening time and follow-up arrangements will be notified soon.Once the school open day is determined, if you can't return to school on time, please go through the leave formalities in time.
2.因学校开学时间未定，对于已经购买了返校机票的国际学生，请和购票机构联系，充分了解并利用好机票改签政策，妥善处理已有机票，尽量先将返程时间改为OPEN状态。
As we are closely following the most up-to-date information on the Coronavirus epidemic, the university remains closed until further notice, it is strongly advised that all international students refrain from entering into China. Those who have booked their air tickets back to China are advised to contact their ticket issuing agencies and to fully understand air ticket change policies and change ticket dates to ‘OPEN’ status.
请大家及时关注学校发布的信息，做好自身防护工作，并与舒昆鹏老师和白金轩老师保持密切联系。
Please pay attention to the information released by the university, and stay connected with Mr. Shu and Miss Bai for further notice of exact university open date and any other information.
二、一些具体防控措施
Ⅱ Some measures
1. 对校区进行严格管控，进入学校需测量体温并戴医用口罩。所有留校学生不出校门，仅在校内活动。
All the entrances are closed, no one is allowed to enter the campus,if he/she doesn’t wear a medical mask or his /her temperature is abnormal.
2. 学校在疫情防控期间开展线上心理健康服务。可通过加入QQ群474311127的方式，主动联系心理咨询师、心理联络员老师，开展一对一线上心理咨询。心理症状特别严重的学生，可拨打校园紧急心理危机干预热线电话：15222997736 陈老师，进行咨询。服务时间：上午 9:00-11:30 下午 12:30-18:00。
Online psychological consultation on "epidemic prevention" has been provided. Consultations could either be done via a phone call on 15222997736 or via joining QQ Group No. 474311127, working hours are everyday 9.00-11.30 and 12.30-17.00.
三、对国际学生的要求和期待
Ⅲ Demands and Anticipations to International students
外出旅行的学生：
International students who are travelling:
外出旅行的学生，要在当地疫情封锁解除后方可返回学校，返校后需在指定住所进行自我隔离14天；
Students who are travelling can return to school only after the local epidemic situation blockade is lifted. After returning to school, they must isolate themselves in the designated residence for 14 days;
寒假在校的学生：
International students who are in campus:
不要恐慌，要相信中国的防疫能力和医疗水平，不要擅自离校，公共区域风险更大；
Don't panic!! Have faith in the effectiveness of China’s infection prevention measures and the quality of it’s medical providers. Do not arbitrarily leave campus，there is higher risk of contracting disease in public spaces;
所有国际学生、校友：
All international students、alumnus：
1. 外出时佩戴口罩，做好自我防护；勤洗手洗脸，注意个人卫生；保持规律的饮食作息，提高身体免疫力。
Wear masks when you go outside and endearment to take personal protective measures; Take care to wash your face and hands diligently, and practice good personal hygiene; Keep a regular diet and sleep to improve immune system.
2. 任何人如发现有体温异常者，第一时间报告舒昆鹏老师或白金轩老师。
If anyone is found with an abnormal temperature, first report the situation to Mr. Shu or Miss Bai immediately.
3. 克服焦虑和恐惧情绪，相信科学，理性思考，不传谣，不信谣，不在自媒体上发布夸大和虚假的信息。
There is no need for anxiety and fear, believe in science, keep a rational thinking. Do not trust in rumors, and do not spread rumors. Do not release exaggerated and false information or ‘fake news’ through We-Media.
因为防疫需要而采取的上述措施可能会对你的生活和学习造成不便，对此我们非常抱歉，同时希望得到大家的理解、耐心和支持。你有任何需求或疑问可首先联系舒昆鹏老师或白金轩老师。
