Huangshan University is located in Huangshan, Anhui province, a picturesque region famous for tourist attractions, including two UNESCO World Natural and Cultural Heritage sites, Huangshan Mountain and the ancient villages of Xidi and Hongcun. Huangshan Mountain and the rich regional Huizhou culture make this land wondrous.

  学校现有横江、率水两个校区，占地面积120公顷，现有全日制本科在校生18599人。学校现有16个二级学院，2个教辅机构，设有创新创业教育学院。现有本科专业63个，涵盖工学、管理学、文学、经济学、艺术学、教育学、理学、农学、法学等九大学科门类

  At present, Huangshan University boasts two campuses within the city, totaling about 120 hectares, with a current enrollment of 18,599 full-time undergraduates. The university consists of 16 schools and 2 departments, and offers 63 majors that include art, science, economy, pedagogy, engineering, agronomy, management, law, and literature.

黄山学院与法国、英国、德国、韩国、泰国、荷兰、俄罗斯、马来西亚全球42个高等教育机构建立了长期稳定的合作关系。学校2006年开始招收来华留学生，2013年成为中国政府奖学金生培养高校。

Huangshan University has established sister school relationships with 42 universities and institutes from around the world, including the U.S., France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Holland, Russia, Malaysia, etc. International students and teachers come to the university each year as a result of study transfer, dual degree, and faculty exchange programs. Huangshan University began enrolling international students in 2006, and in 2013 it became one of the commissioned Schools able to offer the China Government Scholarship to international students.

Program Introduction:

The objective of this major is to cultivate highly qualified applied professionals with distinctive professional traits, mastering theoretical knowledge in economics, management and information science, possessing theoretical foundation and business skills in e-commerce, possessing Internet business application skills, capable of engaging in planning and support, operation and service of e-commerce as well as analysis, design, implementation and management of e-commerce systems, with innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial spirit.

The program is designed to meet the needs of the society. The professional construction actively responds to the demand of society for applied talents, and has achieved remarkable results in adjusting the curriculum structure, optimizing the faculty, creating off-campus practical training bases, strengthening cooperation between schools and localities, and standardizing the teaching management system. The teaching reform actively explores the cultivation characteristics that reflect the local and application-oriented nature of the major: the integration of technology and business knowledge, and builds a curriculum system that integrates economy + management + technology knowledge around the cultivation goal of business operation talents who understand technology. The curriculum system integrates the knowledge of economy + management + technology. 酒店管理（中法）专业合作办学项目（英文授课）

Sino-France Program (English-taught Program )

专业简介

2014年教育部正式批准我校与法国瓦岱勒国际酒店与旅游管理商学院合作举办酒店管理专业本科教育项目（简称中法酒店管理专业）。项目采用4+0培养模式，学制四年，所有教学环节均在我校完成，项目专业课程实行全英文授课，其中超过三分之一的专业课程由法方教师来校讲授。学生完成学业，并达到两校学位授予条件后,可获得我校毕业证书与两校学位证书。2018年，本项目顺利通过教育部中外合作办学评估。

主要课程:

法方主要课程：国际酒类与饮品、法餐工艺、商务谈判、行业动态、行业分析、世界文化简介、商业企划、跨文化交际、国际商务简介、酒店推广等。

Program Introduction:

The Sino-France Collaborative Hospitality Management Education Program is the bachelor program in which the specialized courses are taught all in English. With the approval of the Chinese Ministry of Education in 2014, it takes a unique approach to international education that combines, encourages and develops the teachings of its two founding institutions: Huangshan University, China and VATEL International Business School Hotel & Tourism Management, France. We offer this “4+0” Program, all taught in English, with the chance for qualified students to internship in other VATEL schools in the world. This program adopts the unique model of Vatel International business school of Hotel management:1 week ofacademic teaching + 1 week of real practice in a 5-star hotel.

专业简介:

本专业培养具备较好的汉语言文学基础素养，了解中国文化、汉语及中国文学的基础知识，具有一定的审美能力和中文表达能力，具有初步的语言文学学习能力，同时具有一定的跨文化交流能力，能在文化、教育等部门从事与汉语言文字运用相关工作的专业人才。

The program Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages offers students fundamental Chinese, English and other foreign language essentials, a comprehensive understanding of Chinese literature, Chinese culture and Chinese and foreign cultural exchange history. 专业简介：

本专业特色是在办学过程中实施以“统计类专业技能资格”为导向的应用型人才培养模式，鼓励和引导学生根据自身的特点学习不同的专业技能，多数学生能考取统计师证，会计从业资格证、证券从业资格证等2个技能证书以上。另外数学与统计学院创立了新型的“产学研赛”的立体式才培养体系，“以赛带研，以研推产，以产促赛”，形成一套良好的产学研赛人才培养体系。学生积极参加国际学科竞赛，多人次在美国大学生数学建模竞赛中获得二等奖，同时学生积极参加国际交流活动，近些年来，多位学生被遴选参加赴国（境）外交流学习或攻读硕士研究生。

About the Program：

The specialty of this major is to cultivate application-oriented talents by implementing a “statistics professional skills qualification-oriented training model. We encourage and guide students to learn different professional skills according to their own characteristics. Most students can get more than 2 certificates like the Statistician’s Certificate, the Certificate of Accounting Profession, and the Securities Qualification Certificate. In addition, the School of Mathematics and Statistics has created a new three-dimensional talent training system of production, study, research and competition. The system can be interpreted as conducting research by competition, promoting production by research, and promoting competition by production, which forms a sustainable talent training system for production, study, research and competition. Students actively participate in international subject competitions, many of whom have won second prizes in the American Mathematical Contest in Modeling. 产品设计专业现为国家级和安徽省“一流本科专业”建设点，“产品设计专业教学团队”为省级教学团队，建有“黄山文创产业设计研发中心”等省部级教学、科研、实验和实践教学平台4个。本专业走特色发展之路。一是打徽文化牌，做黄山旅游产品设计文章。二是推动“校内培养+校外培训”学产融合育人才。以“专业教师+企业设计师”融合型师资领航，嫁接产学资源，坚持“课堂+工作室+企业入驻+项目服务”四位一体的产学研协同创新教育，实施项目驱动式实战教学，促进人才培养融入产业发展，服务地方经济文化和社会发展。

About the Program：

This major is awarded as the national and provincial first-class undergraduate program, with the provincial level teaching team and many advanced R&D centers such as “Huangshan City Cultural and Creative Industry R&D Center”. This major is characterized as the following two points: one is to develop Huangshan tourist products and Huizhou culture style products; the other is to improve the teaching model of combining university-enterprise. The major also adopts collaborative innovation education of “class + workshop + enterprise settlement + project service with the teaching team of “university teachers + enterprise architects” in implementing project-driven practice teaching.

专业简介：

林学专业紧紧围绕风景秀丽、文风馥郁且动植物资源极其丰富的“黄山”办学，黄山市地处皖南，是徽文化的发祥地，是我国第二个文化生态保护实验区，同时也是国家森林城市，注重生态建设，充分发挥森林的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。我校林学专业充分发挥地方特色与优势，为林业事业培养建设者和接班人。本专业培养德智体美劳全面发展，增强社会责任感和团队意识，具有良好的人文修养、科学精神。培养具有现代意识和国际化视野、林学专业知识，具备植物资源开发利用、野外及城市林业经营与管理等能力，掌握科学的研究方法，具有创新意识和创业精神、较好的综合素养以及正确价值观的高素质应用型专门人才。

The forestry major of HSUis conducted in Huangshan which owns beautiful scenery, abound resources of animals and plants. Huangshan is located in southern Anhui and is the birthplace of Huizhou culture. It is the second cultural and ecological protection experimental area in China. It is also a national forest city, which focuses on ecological construction economic, social and environmental benefits of forest. Local characteristics and advantages underpin the forestry majorfor trainingoutstanding professionals for the forestry industry. This major focuses on the comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical education, art and labor, and it also enhances social responsibility and team awareness to build a good humanistic and scientific spirit. 近年，社会对烹饪专业人才的需求量居高不下，烹饪专业位列最有就业前景的专业排行榜前三名。烹饪与营养教育专业是黄山学院重点建设的校级特色专业，1997年正式成立，为安徽省第一个烹饪专业。

专业培养目标：培养掌握现代烹饪、营养、餐饮管理的基本知识，具有较强烹饪技术，能从事烹饪操作、营养分析与营养配餐，以及餐饮业管理的高级技术应用性专门人才。

专业核心能力：烹饪操作能力、营养分析与营养配餐能力、餐饮业管理能力。

About the Program：

In recent years, the constantly rising demand for culinary professionals from our society has made the bachelor program of Science in Nutrition & Culinary Arts rank among the top three popular majors with its prosperous employment prospects. Accordingly HSU has been attaching significant importance to this bachelor’s degree program of Science in Nutrition & Culinary Arts and started the students’ admission as early as 1997, being the first of its kind in Anhui Province.

Expected Learning Outcomes:

The School of Tourism has established the following expected learning outcomes for all its Bachelor of Science programs:

Students are expected to have a good command of the elementary knowledge on cooking, nutrition, catering management; possess skilled cooking competence; experienced in cooking operations, nutritional analysis and nutritional catering, as well as the management of catering industry.

以上奖学金需经达到相应条件，经学校评审通过后发放。

The above scholarships are granted upon meeting the corresponding criteria and approval by the univerisity’s  evaluation.

八、申请资格Admission qualification

1.年龄25周岁以下，身心健康（无传染病和影响正常学习的身体或精神疾患）、品行端正的非中国籍公民。持外国有效护照，已高中毕业（申请时尚未毕业者须提供预毕业证明，最迟须在入学前取得高中毕业证书）。

Under the age of 25, healthy, graduate from High school (Pre-graduation certificate is needed for fresh graduates).

2.根据教育部《关于规范我高等学校接受国际学生有关工作的通知》，除符合我校其他报名资格外，还须具有最近4年之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录。对移民并获得外国国籍后申请作为国际学生进入我校本学习的，除符合学校的其他报名资格外，须持有效外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录。

2 years’living experience outside China within the recent 4 years is required.

3.语言水平要求

3.1中文授课的专业，申请人须通过HSK四级（180分以上），成绩不达标准者可以在我校读预科，待HSK四级通过后，方可申请进入专业学习。

For Chinese taught major, HSK-4 is required; otherwise, the Preparatory study is needed.

3.2英语授课专业，申请人汉语水平不做要求，如母语为非英语，须提供IELTS6.0或TOEFL70分及以上成绩证明。

For English taught major or program, if English is not your native language, the IELTS6.0/TOEFL70 or above is offered.

3.3短期项目汉语水平不做要求。Chinese level is not required for short term programs.

九、申请时需要提供的材料materials for application

1.个人普通护照扫描件。

Scanned copy of passport.

2.高中毕业证书的原件或公证件。应届高中毕业生由本人所在学校出具预计毕业证明，入学时须补交高中毕业证书原件或公证件。

Scanned copy of high school diploma and transcript. Fresh graduates shall provide pre-graduation certificate.

3.高中阶段全部课程成绩单的原件或公证件。

4.中文授课专业的申请人需提供HSK证书，入学时须提供原件。

5.英语授课专业的申请人需提供TOEFL/IELTS或其他英语水平成绩证明，入学时须提供原件。

TOEFL/IELTS certificates for non-native English speaker.

6.两份高中老师推荐信，推荐人签字。

Scanned copy of two recommendation letters from your high school.

7.一份自我介绍，800字以内，汉语或英语，内容须包含个人学习经历、申请理由和个人优势等。 Self introduction, within 800 words in Chinese or English, including your learning experience, application reasons and your advantages and disadvantages.

8. 6000美金的银行存款证明

   Bank certificate of deposit: $6000 USD

13.至2024年9月1日未满18周岁的申请人，需提交:

（1）监护人保证书，监护人须为居住在黄山市的成年人；

（2）申请人父母委托监护人进行监护的委托书公证件。

Applicants under the age of 18 before 1^st, September, 2024, should offer:

(1) the Statement of Guarantor who is an adult resident of Huangshan City;

(2)applicant’s parents must submit a notary certificate of guarantor entrustment issued by Huangshan Notary Office.

十、录取Enrollment

  学校将根据学生高中阶段成绩、语言水平、面试结果和入学考试情况等因素综合考虑择优录取，分批确定录取学生名单。
